The house is in the USA there is nothing like council flat outside the UK,  as far as I know council flat is for the less privileged  in the UK.  The okoye's flat is in one of the richest areas in atlanta. Google buckets - you will understand. That's like a GRAND in America

They are liars...They do not own the building, they only own apartments in the Condominium building. I live in Canada, and own an apartment in a similar Condominium like that....it's mortgage.
