Saraki should fight back by getting some one to write a partition against he fellow APC looters-accusers

The fact that he did not declare his assert is technicalities.

But all of APC including saraki are looters - Tinubu, Amaechi, El rufia, etc are all looters.

Saraki is not the only one

Serious issue.....
I strongly agree with you comment. Saraki must implicate OBJ, Buhari, Tinubu, Amaechi and all APC leaders who are heavily involved in corruption. Corruption started from the top in Nigeria. I want to see all them tried in court

[/quoteWhile I am not trying to hold brief for Saraki, I totally agree with you that most of his accusers are also guilty of same offence.

So do we then overlook Saraki's case because as you alleged others are guilty. We need to start somewhere. The culture of impunity must end

You are getting it wrong sir. Impunity thrives on selective application of the law and that is what people are complaining against here. Selective justice compromises the law and weakens it. It makes impunity to flourish. It is corruption, it is injustice.
