Ajimobi did not build a new medical facility in 4 years and did not equip the hospitals. Even Akala built 2 general hospitals and the LAUTECH teaching hospital.

Really, they would actually need to be sure  of the health records, and I don't see anypart of the news that says it was an emmergency.
