But the thing is that the big guns are using them to send a message with intent to cover up corruption in the department. These protester are not begging to retain their jobs, rather, they are asking for the opportunity to continue the training of new recruits. How wonderful, if u received bribes from the supposed to be new recruits, refund them and keep your fingers crossed for the wind of structural change. Organizational restructuring is normal and inevitable in today's global economy.
