the issue of eze ndi igbo in diaspora means the leader of igbos in a particular host community. it does not mean he is running a parallel government or sharing power wt the king of host community. eze ndi igbo has been existing since time immemorial in all parts of d country including in yeruba land. was the so called culture not there since? why is it now d oba realised that two kings cannot be in his community? from the look of things, the oba has grudges against d igbos and has been waiting for a slight excuse to strick. this is because the bone of contention is that an igbo man won an election as the chairman of one of the market in d area and it infuriated d indigenes. oba should come out boldly and pin point areas of there culture where igbos violated instead of playing at d gallery. | Posted: at 23-10-2015 11:09 AM (8 years ago) | Newbie | |
