The fear of Nigerians is the beginning of wisdom, So a petrol tanker fell off Ibafo area of Ogun state and the fearless locals picked their gallons and jerry-cans to scoop some oil from the fallen tanker, not minding the consequence of a slight spark that could easily cause a heavy explosion that can kill everyone!
