As important as those ports are, that's why there's overtime pay rate to encourage worker to benefit from it while making money for the country. Increase the motivation of workers to work overtime, stop making excuses for your poor management acumen. There Temporary Workers Agencies in Nigeria, use them to support regular workers who are willing to do overtime.

Boko haram is the president, another way to cancel public holiday on Christmas Day. Guys open ur eyes slowly but surely u guys that voted Boko haram into power they will turn all of u into Islam. U think they will come direct is indirectly, now the want to stop school assembly were pupils pray b4 the start their day in school soon they scrap it. Later they will introduce another methods they have a mission to islamise Nigeria.
