Students of Novena University Ogume, Delta State say they were locked out of the school premises and denied lectures today. One of the students wrote below...

"Reasons being that they stay of campus due to very poor maintenance of their school Hostels. After the High cost of Accommodation which is at 90K naira and Additional 30k naira for staying 4 in a room. Also, the lack of a Student Union has prevented the students from sharing their opinions.

I think the Students should find other ways of passing their message to the appropriate authority since the SUG are not ready to help.... They have the right to.

Naim good for una. Una no better govt university go na mushroom private university wey no get setificate of operation ba. Deal wit it.  Dats we have more educated illiterate now.

Their school doesn't have an SUG, that is why students are been treated and exploited in this manner. I am not surprised.
