But did he withdraw that whole 45 million in one day from a personal account? If yes, then the bank must also be looked at.

Let truth be told, the person that did that wanted to use his account to commit fraud but unfortunately for him, Mr Jerry was smarter. There was a time the then Oceanic bank was using my account to commit fraud. My account will be credited in the morning and debited at night, same day. I consistently raised alarm and it was stopped. Obviously, its a fraudster with the help of an insider/staff of the bank that was doing it. Same goes to Mr Jerry but he just would have notified the bank rather than withdrawing and doing Ben Johnson. Its an integrity issue and its bad. EFCC should, also understand that this calls for negotiation and not the way they are going about it after all the guy withdrawn from his account and the staff of the bank saw him. Let EFCC arrest the bank staff first before looking for Mr Jerry whom God has blessed...............hahahahah

The money was in his account, so it was assumed that it was his. Since they thought it was his money, he can choose to withdraw any amount of his money at any time
