Poster, I am very very sure ur not a Nigerian. Maybe you're either an Algerian or a Liberian. Light going off is not a news in Naija. We are used to it. Infact, anytime the light is constant for 2 hours I become uncomfortable and I beg NEPA to take light because; in Naija it is abnormal for light to be stable for one hours. UP NEPA, UP NAIJA...BUHARI'S BODY LANGUAGE ISN'T WORKING AGAIN
