To "aid church management?"

Thank goodness paying  "INDULGENCES" to a church is  a thing of the past. The money, if this article is true, can have gone to a much better cause. Our hospitals lack the basic amenities.

Or is the money a payment , if true, a thank you GIFT for their "support" during the last election?
