So in your own conscience she is not abusing this privilege? she had the first at America, second at America and the third one America, common man, this lady is abusing this privilege. This is the kind of attitude that is making no good country want to give us Nigeria free visa. Nigeria is not the only hungry people in the world, we should try and persevere in this hardship, and sacrifice our present comfort for better tomorrow.

As long as applicants are truthful about their intentions, prove they can afford their medical care, explain why they can't have the procedure done in their home country and assert that they will abide by the time restrictions of their visa, such travel is generally allowed under U.S. law, according to the department.
