KUDOS: Emmanuel Amuneke, Victor Osimhen, 4 Other Players Nominated For 2015 Glo-CAF Awards

Six Nigerians were on Monday in Abuja, Nigeria shortlisted for 2015 Glo-CAF Awards by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

They include Coach Emmanuel Amuneke (Coach of the year) Kelechi Nwakali and Victor Osimhen (Youth Player of the Year) Ngozi Ebere (Women Player of the Year) and the duo of Azubuike Okechukwu and Etebo Oghenekaro (Most Promising Talent).

Also released were the names of the top three players competing for the prized crown of African Footballer of the year Award.


Below are the nominees for the various categories in alphabetical order:

Women Player of the Year

· Gabrielle Onguéné, Cameroon

· Gaelle Enganamouit, Cameroon

· Ngozi Ebere, Nigeria

· N’rehy Tia Ines, Cote d’Ivoire

Youth Player of the Year
