This 21-year-old college student from Syracuse, New York, has sat on the same Santa's lap every year since she was three for that festive photo.
McKenzie Doig treasures her annual meeting with Mr Kringle and has no plans to stop any time soon. Doig told ABC News.
'My mom, the only thing she ever wants for Christmas...is that I sit on Santa's lap,' In high school it was really embarrassing, but now I think it's really funny.'
It took a few tries before McKenzie embraced the tradition, her mother explained to ABC.
