The Department of State Services (DSS) yesterday re-arrested former National Security Adviser Sambo Dasuki.
This occurred shortly after he was released from the Kuje Prison in Abuja.

Dasuki is standing trial in three different courts in Abuja for alleged money laundering offences running into billions of naira.
He was taken to court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), but was granted bail last week along with former Sokoto State governor, Attahiru Bafarawa and his son, Sagir, as well as a former NNPC top official, Aminu Baba Kusa.

Dasuki’s lawyer, Ahmed Raji (SAN) confirmed his re-arrest to us

If the government wants to jail thus thieves for their crimes why not just go ahead and do it instead of putting them in cell and then bailing them, they should be persecuted because they are criminals.

don't blame the DSS for his bail and re-arrest. they are following court orders. simple..why is it that difficult for people to understand.
one judge grants him bail..and then another judge orders him to remain in custody. so the govt just obeys the laws.

Like a fish, he's in a fisherman's net. Let him pray he doesn't end up in the fisherman's pot.
