Elephant project. Are the cameras working with electricity or battery? How much does one cost that total 9 billion? Are they men trained to man the control room?A Nation where no I D card &authentic registration of movable engines, how are these cameras going g to be working.? I leave to see the out come of these project. There are grassroots projects that will benefit the people, but rather we move to the highest level with out laying a solid foundation. We always get it wrong alo g the line because we don't seek expert advice. Please use these billions for water, roads and other infrastructures for the people to enjoy. There is time for everything. Cameras are OK for security, but first invest on human resources by given a new orientation to the police whose duties are to protect lives & properties.
