It's called a "FREEWAY" for a reason not sure why y'all about the speed and speed limitations.. Accidents happen...!!! I don't expect any sane driver to be going below 60 on a FREEWAY OR  beyond 120. So if I'm within this, I don't see how that can be called over speeding. It was just an ACCIDENT, something must have gone wrong...!!! We Nigerians and SUBJECTIVITY shaaaaa..! My siblings  felll off a bridge at IBADAN while he was going to drop her at school and they survived without a scratch, but the car was a write off and he wasn't even speeding...
