Confusion in Anambra state as spirit of dead man killed ex-wife!!!

It happened on New year day,2016,The dead man seperated with his first wife&married another wife,later he died last june 2015 from kidney problem,but before his death,he vowed that the ex-wife will not come in his compound dead or alive,so during the man's burial,as tradition demands because the first wife bore two children(a boy&a girl)to the deceased,she was allowed to come and mourn the ex-husband,after the burial,the woman came back to leave with her children in the man's compound in christmas period,the woman went to market on new year day,bought food stuffs,came back home,was lying down on the bed to rest for a while before cooking but didn't wake up again,When the elders was consulted,they said that the woman did not perform certain suppose rites before coming to the dead man's compound,and thatwhy the man killed her.
