Does it still make sense to talk about right, duty, wish and command when relationships are concerned?

Is everything we get from our partners a privilege granted to us because they love us?

If they didn't love us, could we still claim rights and duties? (especially in marriage)

Before marriage, everything is a privilege. Within marriage, it's a matter of understanding each other and learning to live together without conflicting roles.
