Guess this is the reason why the power outage in the country persists....lol...  You know there is serious problem in Nigeria when Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) vehicles are used to sell bread...

Sack the transport officer,driver and human resource of PHCN for obvious reasons! How can a company vehicle end up as a kioski for bread sellers? GROSS MISCONDUCT, ABUSE OF OFFICE, etc
