A 22-year-old South African man identified as Sibusiso Dlamini from Daveyton, Ekurhuleni went to Sinaba Stadium and hanged himself with his trousers. The young man killed himself after his family demanded he return R2 000 and the Blackberry cellphone he had stolen. But, he had since used the money and phone. Since he could not return the stolen phone and money, he decided to end his life. He was found dead by cleaners in the stadium’s changing-room on Monday. According to Prince Mhlophe of Vukasizwe Community Project, he said it was the first day of their new campaign to clean the stadium when they made the shocking discovery. “The last thing we expected was to find a dead man,” he said.“We immediately informed the Daveyton cop shop.” Sibusiso’s body was taken to Springs government mortuary. His sister, Gugu Dlamini, said the family was still coming to terms with their loss.“We didn’t think he would do something like this. “We are so shocked,” she said. Gugu said the family had just buried another relative last week. “We wonder where we will get money to bury him,” said Gugu. However, Nthabiseng Ntombela, the man's girlfriend could not contain herself as she cried uncontrollably after news of the incident reached her.
