Welcome Back: 33 Nigerians deported from US (Page 3)

DOLPHINKATE is spot on in her analysis of the plight of a lot of Nigerians in the diaspora. People want to get out at all cost. When you advise them that streets abroad are not paved with gold or that life is not a bed of roses they think "oh he's there and he doesn't want us to come over too" until they realise it is too late and they are stuck in dead end jobs and they cannot return home for fear of being labelled a failure. From then on it is downward spiral of crime, drugs, shady deals, prostitution in short they become rolling stones which gathers no moss. Even the ones   get married for papers put their lives at risk when they divorce because their disgruntled partner may end up exposing them or even kill them.
My advice  in support of DOLPHINKATE'S post is that if you have a reasonably good job in Nigeria think twice before you embark on what might turn out to be a wild goose chase and always set a target for yourself and have a plan B because when you are overseas its every man for himself. You will be surprised that even your relative will be giving excuses on why they cannot accommodate you.

how do we make our country good? i suggest just steady power supply is what we need to turn everything around. nigerians are industriouse people they can find something to do if there is light

It  were the leaders of nigeria, who sold ur country. They sold all the oil to the western world, while the nigerians self r not having enough self. When i visited nigeria long time ago, i was surprised, that there was no petrol at petrol station to buy. Untill one day we had to get up very early 4 or 5 am in the morning and to stand in a long line for having to get to buy petrol for our car. The leaders of ur country allowed the delta area to be destroyed and poissened. Nobody took care of the ppl, which were living there. Nobody restored the destroyed nature there. Nobody paid the ppl money. Nobody assisted them in treating all the cancer and other types of sickness caused by the oil drilling. The nig leaders, oil companies and all others involved in that business, were just greedy.
The oil companies r paying their employees abnormal high salaries, while the delta ppl r suffering and only gaining pain, sickness and death. Even ur own ppl , specially at port hartcourt, r only thinking how to make more money. They r just ignorant that their good life and money is on the cost of the delta ppl s health and future. They never lost any thought for the delta ppl.

It s the duty of a country s leader to take care of his citizens. Instead the nig leaders only filled their pockets alone and allowed nigerian country to become more worst and the ppl suffering. So dont hide behind ur black skin colour and blame white ppl alone.

The poster is talking about 33 ppl beeing deported to nigeria.
To complete the text, he should have also written, how many nigerians immigrated at same time? I think number of 33 deportations is not high.

  :'(Infact, I am damn speechless. Nigeria is just getting worst and more worst everyday. Can I say that the wroth of God is upon Nigeria? Am not gonna be surprise if Nigeria picks up the Guiness World Book of Record as the first and best most corrupt country in world，because that's the next award we're heading to. The problem we have is our Bad Government . Can we have a controversy over this issue? Another problem is that Nigeria as a country has 512 languages. I mean the world is coming to an end is only in Nigeria. The Revelation of our bible is only taking place in Nigeria.

I am tired of being Nigerian but I will never deny to confess that I'm Nigerian. Because nowadays over here, most Nigerians has authomatically changed their naitonality and in the other way spoiling other countries remarks ..... and I really hate such person. I myself I tell people here I am a Nigerian but my country is not really good, simple. But still friends (Students,teachers,doctors,other foreign studnets e.t.c) likes me and get around with me very fine.  Who the hell gonna kill you when you reveals the truth? Tell me......

alora sono mio italiano but sorryi left that phyuked up country4 a better place u are back home and dont kn shit ,like i got hereand changed my country cos it did me no shit now am italiano cos here am cared 4 and their is rule of law like no other so pls if it is easlpls try travrel cos u are blind if u arein africa here is the world only if u have paper seek ye the kindom of paper that is eupore so phyuk all them way say uk,us,eu no de good make u come come see no be home 4 lazy man
