The video vixen with the Instagram name @enigma_ladutchess, who accused a certain Andrew Muller of rape has confirmed that he has been apprehended and will be charged to court. According to Dutchess, the case is being handled by the Gender-based violence section of the Lagos State Police Headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos State.
