Most of these drivers don't even know how to drive or know the rules and regulations on roads. I wonder what the FRSC are doing other than waiting for accidents like this to happen and then, they hurriedly and carelessly pack the victims like trash to the morgue. I am so sick and tired of seeing avoidable deaths on our roads. When will they say enough is enough and do something to change all these?
