ONE, WHEN I FIRST ARRIVE IN EUROPE, FIRSTLY I WAS IN GERMANY FOR SIX MONTHS AND DECIDED TO MOVE TO ITALY IN SEARCH OF JOB,S, TO CUT IT SHORT I DENIED IT WHEN MY FRIEND WHO IS AN ITALIAN SHOWS ME NIGERIAN GIRLS PROSTITUTING NAKEDLY IN THE STREET, THOUGH I DENIED IT OUT OF LAUGH.
MY SECOND TIME WAS WHEN I SAW NIGERIA GUYS BEGGING AND RECEIVING INSULT FROM NERVOUS ITALIANS AND I WAS WITH MY FIANCEE, SHE SAID TO ME GO AND GIVE YOUR BROTHER MONEY AND I RESPOND TO HER, THAT THEY ARE NOT MY PEOPLE.
SORRY IF I HAVE TO, BUT IT IS DIQUSTING, GHANIAN, TOGOLEASE, CAMEROON, SENRGAL AND OTHER BLACK COUNTRY DO NOT ENGAGE IN SUCH ACT, RATHER ONLY NIGERIA, AND THIS IS WHY THEY DO NOT RESPECT US GENERALLY EVERY WHERE IN WESTERN WORLD. EXCEPT INDIVIDUAL RESPECT.
1. in the processing of searching for job "as you have earlier said" what do you think you were doing? (BEGGING)! 2. if you cann't tell your fellow to stop doing something wrong -"who are you" (BAD CITIZEN and POMPOUS)! 3. the man begging - what he doing it intentionally? (NO)... 4. mind you, that your fiancee.. will deny you in future after knowing that those people that you rejected are truly your people...
Be careful..
of course you can reject your country if you want...but not these ways.

i c reasons in all of ur comments,ive bein to uk several times and if we r talking abt nigeria then wht shud we talk about d jamaicans that can kill 4 a livin and didnt deny their country.what abt d asians dat r very dirty qnd wont take there bath for days...well my people i might b very angry with whts going on in my country but i can neva deny nigeria coz im a true naija...love u naija

It is TRUTH that in naija there irresponsible people, but that is not enough reason for someone to deny his/her country. Some of these things we see some of our brothers and sisters doing shameful to our sight all in the name of to make a living is not don't by them just because they derived joy in doing it, but, they have found life so hard and unbearable, they needed someone on their side and THERE WAS NO ONE I so much love my country because she is full of straight and fastly correct she mistakes when goes wrong. The staight in her is the blood of her children, that is why courage never skip out of the heart of her children (Nigerians).

I'm proud of where I'm born, raised and come from, Nigeria. But where I'm not proud of is the Nigeria fever that distinguishes us from the rest of the world as if we were sub-humans. Nigeria's case is like the case of a madman. He might be sick in the head but lots of other body parts are still functioning well, though the unstable nature of hios brain could affect some body parts' functions. So those at the head are sick but an in-depth look at this country will reveal sincere, loving and caring people rarely found even in the western world whom we epitomise as errorless. A day ago or so I think, about ten Americans were announced to have kidnapped some orphaned children in Haiti, probably to turn them into child slaves or so. Does that make America a home of cruel thieves? No! So because the head is sick does not make the entire body useless. Our problem simply is: A bad ache in a good head. Solution: Take out the headache and the bad elements and give chance to the good ones. Never reject your home pals cos' there's no place like home. The solution to world crisis, including that of Nigeria is God's kingdom because from the onset of creation, it never belonged to man to direct his steps but God. willful disobedience to God's authority on Adam's part brought about all this on us today. We should all be praying for the return of God's Kingdom so that situations on the earth as a whole will change for the better while we continue enduring this wicked system championed by satan, while we continue to work out our own salvation by faith in God(Jehovah) and Christ jesus, obedience to his arrangement for a new world by not entangling ourselves in the world's rotten affairs so as not to be destroyed alongside this system of badness, sincere and complete repentance and obedience to his laws found in the bible, along with other requirements found in the 66 books of the bible. Read the bible for yourselves today in order not to be deceive by the lying tongues of these wolf-like pack called clergymen today, while you put your full hope and trust in God. But till then I'm still proud being born a Nigerian. Please reply if you are interested.
