Who says Cancer cannot be cured or managed. In this Era of Medical Advancement, the cancerous growth can be surgically removed, and if the patient so desires, plastic surgery can do some wonders. We should now know why Sai Baba should not be unnecessarily castigated over some of his Decisions; the Brain needs maximum relaxation at all time.
