are fair skinned women more beautiful than dark skinned women? (Page 5)

i think it is how the female carries herself..the west tries to tell women that their skin color matters with stupid things like the paper bag test which is that if u r darker than a brown paper bag, then u r too dark and not pretty enough. i say no matter wht color u r, u r gorgeous if u believe that and carry urself well.
