Its funny what it takes to get most celebrities to "stand up" for the people, as you know Basket mouth is an ambassador for Rebtel, Lyca and many money transfer companies based abroad. This week alot of the money transfer companies abroad woke up to an unpleasant shock as CBN froze the account of all money transfer operators aside from the foreign operators like western union and moneygram, if the money transfer operators are out of business it means Basketmouth wont eat, as a smart igbo man, he spoke vehemently against the new CBN policy and urge his followers to do thesame, see his post below, what do you think?

I have submitted a complaint to the US Better Business Bureau regarding the very poor service they gave me today.  I also posted a very bad review of them on the BBB site.  The complaint is below.

I have spent literally hours trying to send money to my friend in Nigeria.  All I needed to do was add his new bank account to your system or add his cousin as a receiver and use his bank account.  Your system gave no instructions on how to do this and clicking on add a new receiver did not work and clicking on my friend's account details in order to change them also did not work.  So I called your customer service and they literally hung up on me 3 times after making me wait over 10 minutes to talk to a live person.  I finally went to a Western Union office in person and they informed me my friend's bank, Guaranty Trust Bank, was not in your system even though it is a large Nigerian bank listed on the Nigerian stock exchange.  My friend picking up in person was the only option, a great inconvenience in an area with poor bus service.  Also, I was required to pay using a debit card even though NO OTHER ONLINE RETAILER HAS EVER REQUIRED ME TO DO THIS.  I HAVE ALWAYS USED MY CREDIT CARD.  I think this whole incident is related to racist attitudes toward Africans.  Bet people on other continents are not treated this way.  Also, you force people to send money to Nigeria using the US dollar instead of letting them receive money in their local currency.
