Busola Jones used to be this fat:



Unbelievable right? She lost 49kg in 9 months and says all she did was cut carbohydrates from her diet and feed on proteins all day. She lost 18pounds in 2 weeks after she cut rice off her diet. 2nd, she drank lots of tea and third, drank lots of water. She didn't even go to the gym. Not once.

this lady's weight lose is an inspirational story of change, if she can lose this much weight then the much expected change will come in nigeria... its all about being positive and optimistic
