ALL Trailer drivers should be made to undergo training and proper licencing before driving in Nigeria. How can a trailer be parked on the road without any warning cones or reflectors? I have seen that a million times on our roads.
Now, another precious life is lost again due to negligence and still nothing would be done by the FRSC and the Police.
May the soul of the departed RIP and may God give his family and friends the fortitude to bear the loss.
