A Lagos State house of assembly member has been accused of instructing his security guard to beat up a helpless citizen.

Read according to Taiye Law who shared the photos...
"Please, the pictures show how honourable Oladipupo Olorunrinu of Lagos State house of assembly instructed his Security guard to beat helpless citizen, please this man needs your assistance. You can see the blood coming from his face."
