A photo from the recently held Miss Ihiala 2017 pageant contest, where a young lady emerged as the winner, has emerged online and is currently making rounds on social media.
 The controversial photo was trailed with mixed reaction and criticisms after an online user who shared it, called the young lady 'ugly.'   Most people however do not think the lady is ugly, but that her hair is poorly made out and the quality of the picture is poor and didn't help matters.
