Africans & Black Americans- United or Divided (Page 3)

I am AFRICAN American- no I've never lived in Africa or even been- but I feel as if I am no different than a native born African.  I do feel we are divided but not as our color but b/c we have different culture beliefs. Yes Africa is not developed as America so of course we think differently. Just like South Africans thinks differently than West Africans.
And yes, some Africans do stink, to Americans. And they are the kind who are just coming to America and don't understand our culture of wearing antiperspirant.
Also African Americans do believe in interracial dating- marriages. We just see the African male doing it a little more often over here in America. (probably b/c many can't get a real African American woman- who knows)  But I do have plenty of native born African male friends and none of them date an African American woman- many say we are too head strong- again that goes back to different beliefs.

Anyway of course we are divided but isn't everyone?

Since you decided to make this personal. I'll go along with you. You r too dumb to understand the struggle of the blacks in America. You are too dumb to know that most of this young black men has been told that they would never amount to anything. Maybe you need to get a little closer to African american to really understand their struggles. You judge them because you have never been in their position you really must trade place with them to understand. You come to America and get the best America could offer because you were raised in a loving family that was void of hate and all kind of drama so the world generally is as you see it but there's a lot more to it than your poor mind could fathom. I tell you what dick head, if you were born and raised in America you probably would have a record because most of the things we do and get away with in Nigeria is big crime here. I bet growing up in Nigeria you must have gotten into some kind of fight. If you get into physical fight here it goes on your record. Now talking about the injustices the african american faces here. Its a fact that crack carries more penalty than coke (watch the american gangster documentary). Its also a fact that the US sends reliefs to troubled country while the citizens of New Orleans lavish in pain and poverty. Before you write stuffs try to have facts to back it up.
