You closed down many public universities to make private universities on top but imagine the state of this poor students.thts is why they risk epidemic.

we just like making life hard for ourselves, this is terrible, i have seen it in my own hostel, and to make matters worst toilet smells every where, i had to run as soon as i found alternative, this encourages diseases, and duller brian.
