Actress, Juliet Ibrahim has come for her colleague, Empress Njamah over comments she made on domestic violence.
Empress in a recent interview said it is not always a man’s fault when there is domestic violence in a relationship, that women should help men manage their anger.
Juliet doesn't seem to agree with her and has indirectly come for her. This Is What She Wrote
Quote
"KARMA IS A BITCH! When it comes barking up your own tree or in ur family ; please preach ur wisdom that time... #whatApity and we call ourselves celebrities! When people decide to sit and form advisers they should think twice before talking honestly. What's the meaning of "a man hits a woman it's called domestic violence and when a woman hits a man it's called what?" MADAM, it's the same domestic violence either ways and what we have been preaching since day one is the fact that no one should get to the point of hitting another being in the name of anger or rage! Violence is WRONG! There is no excuse! Violence should NEVER EVER BE THE OPTION OR CHOICE!!! there is NO REASON IN THE WORLD FOR A MAN OR WOMAN TO GET PHYSICAL ON ANOTHER Person! Domestic Violence which is an abuse comes in several forms could be emotional or physical as well; sadly we do NOT SEE THE EMOTIONAL ABUSE ON MOST; what most people are preaching against lately is the fact that people can't SEEM TO CONTROL ANGER AND GET OUT OF VIOLENT RELATIONSHIPS! No one is sitting around happy about victims ( both male and female) being attacked and killed brutally ; what we are standing firm against is the fact that We as humans need to see the signs and exit the relationship immediately we notice the signs or speak to the rightful authorities before it is Too Late! How dare you try to justify why another person will get physically violent on another till it leads to death or getting burnt! Are you even aware that RAPE IS also a form of violence ? Would you sit in ur seat and preach that ladies that get raped are the ones bringing it upon themselves? Is that ur mindset? YOU WOULD BLAME A LADY FOR GETTING RAPED ? Shouldn't you be preaching against rape and violence in general rather than justifying the Act? Haven't you seen photos of women who were murdered after being raped? Is it the woman's fault that some guy couldn't control his urge?Huh? Would you also sit and advise that every one should pick up guns and go to war because they were offended by another country??? #sayNotodomesticviolence against women or men! We preach against it! VIOLENCE SHOULD NEVER BE THE END RESULT!"

Reading through your comment, i noticed you where actually making same point as her (Domestic Violence is both ways - Emotional or Physical) of which either party could be a victim....The only diff. is that she (Empress Njamah) was bold enough to speak the raw truth exactly the way it should be told, while you (Juliet Ibrahim) was shy enough to see the truth in what she said and had to tailor ur own point of view based on the hard truth she just hit you with............the fact that WOMEN make the loudest noise when it comes to Domestic violence doesn't mean they're the most victim. Its just a case of "FIRST TO DO, NO DEY PAIN"   Your assertion " NO REASON IN THE WORLD FOR A MAN OR WOMAN TO GET PHYSICAL ON ANOTHER Person!" is the opposite of what is obtainable in the society. The absence of LOVE brings in HATRED, when hatred steps in, EMOTIONS are tampered with....So getting physical is just one of the expression of the INVISIBLE EMOTIONS which is only felt.... So being EMOTIONALLY OUTRAGED is a reason to get PHYSICAL
...................Bottom Line.......Don't start what u can't complete (Men & Women)

Na waoo, simply English. Empress said sometimes, in other words not in every cases. Dat is also to say if as a woman ur mouth is running typewriter learn how to b calm so it wouldn't result violence. Tho in either ways violence is not gud, both should learn how to control their temper.
Juliet pls get understanding.

Juliet Ibrahim broke up with her husband under very controversial situations, you cant take her testimony as a yardstick in this situation, to be honest, people shouting you need to have experience to speak on domestic violence, blah blah blah, its a known fact that everyone will always speak well of themselves when things go wrong, you cant expect a woman to come out and start saying she was trying to stab the man and he knocked the knife out of her hand e.t.c, she will go on, he hit me so hard, I was bleeding, I was just dying, I didnt know where I was, only God saved me e.t.c - which are all lies but in reality she was trying to attack the man.

Someone said earlier, domestic violence, infidelity etc are all signs that there is no longer love in the relationship, a relationship without love should be ceased! simple, no long thing

Note: No much story. Go to the point
Agric Exam question: List 5 living things that you know.
Empress Njamah listed the 5 points asked to list
while Juliet Ibrahim gave an explanation of the 5 points

Do you really need to have an experience to speak the truth ?

Otherwise maybe i should ask u to tell us the experience u have with God how he created the Heavens and the Earth

But yet we all know the truth, which is that God created the Heavens and the Earth even though we were not there
