An unidentified soldier allegedly brutalised a driver with cutlass in Benin on Tuesday.
The incident happened at Uwasota junction, along Ugbowo-Lagos road in Benin City.
The soldier, according to an eyewitness, accused the driver of ‘not allowing him drive pass quickly enough.’
He also allegedly damaged the windscreen of the driver’s vehicle.
