Blac Chyna has bounced back from the shock of having her Noods exposed by Rob Kardashian on social media last week as she just won a restraining order against him.
Speaking after the ruling Monday, Chyna’s celeb lawyer, Lisa Bloom, said it was a “complete and total victory.
“The judge gave us everything we asked for including a strong and order restraining him from coming near her and restraining him from cyber-bullying.”
Speaking earlier, Rob said he will not fight Chyna in court Monday, adding that he will agree to the restraining order.
In an interview with TMZ, Rob’s lawyer, Robert Shapiro said the case of cyberbullying last week was “a spontaneous reaction that he regrets.”
Shapiro says, “Rob’s only concern is for the well-being of baby Dream.”
Meanwhile, Blac Chyna aired more dirty laundry in an interview on ABC earlier today, in which she claimed she was “terrified” of Rob in part because he has a gun and has threatened to use it to kill himself.
She claims in addition to Rob attacking her in April, that same month, Chyna now says Rob punched her, knocked her to the ground and she ran in fear to her bedroom, where Rob punched a hole through the door to get at her.
Chyna says she’s afraid the new series of online attacks “will lead to increased irrational behavior and that he might harm her in his anger.”
