It's Obvious That The Guy Was A Senior Candidate.He Had Already Made All His Papers In 2015/2016 WAEC Except Maths.I Blame Nigeria's Education System For Always Insisting On A Credit In Maths And English.It Keeps Making Undergraduates And Even Graduates Restless.Restlessly Hopeless.

At least he is better than Buhari who don't and can NOT produce a WAEC certificate.  Supposing he is Hausa / Fulani,  he can still get admission into university.
