SERIOUS, NO NEED BCOS THEY SAY THEY HV USED THE WHOLE MONEY TO PAY WHISTLE BLOWERS, HMMMMMM! NXT IS THT THE MONEY DON FINISH. THIS BLOWERS MUST BE RICH IF THEY HV SPENT ALL THIS MONEY ON THEM.SOM PEOPLE ARE JST LOOTING THT MONEY SMALL SMALL  THERE SAYING THEY ARE PAYIN BLOWERS.
