There is one spiritual factor that you forgot in this equation. She was pregnant. The unborn babies life was in danger. It is true that the father denied her, she did not have to deny the baby by endangering the baby's life like she did. She was desperate for money. There is no way she would have lacked if she understood the spiritual factor involved. God never leaves us without. The virgin Mary is a perfect example. She was pregnant with no husband. We all know how that turned out. Believe in God. Trust in God and lean not in your own understanding. Acknowledge him in all your ways and he will direct your path. God is aware of what is happening to that woman and the unborn baby. She needed to put her trust in him. Many women have found husbands while pregnant. There are a lot of kind hearted men that will take a pregnant woman in and take care good care of them while they are pregnant.
