IPOB Members Allegedly Destroy Mosque Belonging To Yorubas In Aba (Video)

Suspected members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have been accused of invading a Yoruba mosque in Abia state and destroying everything in it.

The development was made public by a Facebook user, Yuslah Faruk.

In the post, a video was uploaded showing the level of destruction inflicted on the property.

In the video, a man could be heard lamenting, as he accused the miscreants of also defecating in the place of worship and stealing various items including fans, meter, and even protectors.

Various piles of paper were seen splashed about the place as the narrator stated that the criminals had also destroyed the certificates of students who worshipped in the mosque.

Registering his displeasure over the unfortunate incident, he stated: “It is unfair, this is too much.

Yorubas are not interested in anything about Biafra or whatever. “These people are wicked and callous, they destroyed everywhere, took their money.” He further stated: “I believe that God will judge them”.

This post is incitement because a Mosque is a place of worship which belongs to no particular ethnic group. This post is intended to lurk together the heads of Yorubas and Igbos. We need not start unnecessary propaganda that would not benefit anything to anybody. If IPOB burned a Mosque, their target must have been a retaliation for what happened at Aba and Umuahia, which was believed to have been masterminded and led by Fulani Muslims. Igbos and IPOB have no axes to grind with Yorubas.

Now the tactics is to incite violence between the Igbos and the Yorubas,my God,this is so cheap. We have no problems with Yorubas,i dont know if they have a problem with us,but God knows that we only have problems with the Hausas and fulanis. God knows that if Nigeria had been yoruba,igbo and niger delta,there wouldnt have been anything called IPOB. This is also the first time that i am hearing that there is a yoruba mosque?whats that?does it even exist?,so hausas are not allowed in that mosque?,only yorubas,well,you all know how cheap this is.

For sure there is some criminal element that hide under the name IPOB to carry out their criminal activity don't forget in a situation like this they seize the opportunity to steal,rob and kill all in the name of reprisal.
