Fellow Nigerians, if our Governors through the umbrella of Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) can knowingly, willfully and intentionally conspire to use fake consultants
to siphon the Paris Club Debt refund the Federal Government gave all Governors to pay salaries while ignoring genuine consultants like George Uboh who saved the NGF over $478M USD, I, Dr. George Uboh, humbly submit to you fellow Nigerians that Nigeria is a failed state?

Come 2019, any Nigerian who votes for any of these rogue politicians or any politician who has not fought corruption in the past would be exacerbating our problem of recycling corruption.
