Imo State Gov, Okorocha Begins Construction Of New Prison Yard & Police Headquarters In Owerri

Imo state governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha has started the construction of a brand new prison yard and Police Headquarters in Avu, Owerri west Local Government Area.... The Gov. is geared towards making Imo a modern state, according to reports by his media aides.

Please Okorocha build more schools abeg. Those people need complete reorientation and education to re-align their medulla oblongata from Kanu's brainwash machine. thats what they need not more prison. Haha
