answers pls...on the means of telling someone you love them.

hey pple, I wanna help a girlfriend out k?? she loves dis guy..well she tells me she feels/knos d guy 2 loves her...(i dnt know how true dat is).Well, she wants to tell the boy that she loves him..but he is not near her..he's like in a different town at the moment....so the question is dis:them not being able to get together at the moment, should she tell him she loves him over the phone or through MSN??or shld she just wait till she sees him in Oct(they go 2 d same uni)pls give ur reasons too....all answers will b appreciatd..even d ones with snide remarks...i'm just  trying 2 get ur opinions on which means to use to tell him...help a pal out...pls..(remember while posting that the question is not whether she should tell him cos she has made up her mind to.The question is the means 2 b used...

depends on how serious the relationship is. If she's truly in love with him, she should wait til she sees him since they're in the same university to look into his eyes while saying it..u know like when a dude is proposing a marriage to a gurl, how he gets down on his knees..takes her hand gently and say"baby u know i love you, and there's nothing i would rather have than u being in my life; i appreciate u in every way u can possibly think off..every day i thank God for sending u me and i will forever be thankful..I love you so much and will love to spend the rest of my life with you...so pooh bear; will you marry me?..........you know something like dat like dat...lol...sorry ooo..just got carried away for a minute there.. ;Dhey i'm not saying she should do all that..just trying to show the moment and what it will be like..lol...ah ah..just tell your friend to wait to see him aite?..but if its a relationship that's long distance...then saying it over the phone or online will still be good, just that sometime its good for the person to see the sensitivity and the emotions behind it....DAmn!!....
