As shared by an unidentified online user, a mentally challenged man and woman were spotted holding in public in the Sapele area of Delta state.

The picture which was shared on Facebook, caused uproar among users.

According to reports, the couple were seen in a public display of affection at Igbe festival practice which was held yesterday in the area before they were pictured on their way home.
