Indonesian Supreme Court has confirmed the death sentence passed on 10 Nigerians in that country for drug-related offences. News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), however, gathered from a competent source in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja that the condemned Nigerians had been given one month within which to apply for a review of the sentence. ``If they fail to do so within the period the sentence will be carried out,'' the source said.

If ya all know what those buddies are trying all over da world toiling with nigers name .bet it u wont even want them to be pardoned.Imagine when its indicated in ur visa dat any attempt to traffick drug carries a death penalty then our so called nigerians still wont listen. And when they are caught we all feel pity for them.Dont forget that this same people are just the ones who keep giving nigerians home and abroad a bad name.

Grtmimshak mr president should do what? common guys the news is everywhere about how nija guys put different kind of drugs in their body parts (including private part) to traffic abroad knowing fully well about the dangers in it so i totally agree with the judgement cos that will probably deter others frm such an illegal venture

If they death sentences are executed, their blood will be upon the head of Nigerian leaders past and presence. If our economy is good, tell me what will compel a Nigerian graduate to go abroad to take risk in expense of his life if not frustration. Both God and man will not forgive our leaders , they will all suffer in the hottest part of hell after their earthly enjoyment. Our leaders have turned Nigeria government into a secrete cult, only those that belong gets the good things of life and the ordinery man is left to thirst to death in th abundance of water

In this type of situation u cannot blame only the govt, the offedenders the ones to blame though our leaders are not doing enough to help it citizens abroad. Two Nigerian were executed in Indonesian before now and the govt did nothing, even the nigerians there didnot take lesson from that. We nigerians need to help our self by doing what is right while in another country. Sometime last year while in amstardam aiport, a nigerian was cought with drugs and coz of that all nigerian that were there checking out have to go through serious searching and harrasment, this include myself. Fellow Nigerian, let us try to do what is right while in abroad to save our country image.

It's rather too pathetic that a country like ours will continue to loose her citizens every year due to the unfavorable economic situation. Well I hope the president and various individual will rise up and intervene in this situation as it seems nothing can be achieved recalling tomind the similar situation of AMARA TOCHI a youth who I guess was under 20 last, who was hanged sometimes last year. A situation that attracted intervention from various organizations locally and international yet nothing was achieved until he was hanged. This people respect the laws of their land. Well all I will say is GOD help us.
