The world is changing with females now proposing to their to their partners rather than it always being the other way round.
 
This lady caused a scene at an undisclosed area when she went on her knees publicly to put a ring on her man's finger. The man however accepted the proposal, according to further reports.
 
Meanwhile, some social media users believe the viral photograph is a hoax as the couple could have planned it to seek attention.
