They looked like custom officials who tried to stop a suspicious lorry fully loaded with contents unknown while the driver was not willing to stop. No other option but to shoot. As the same time, they looked more of an armed robbers. Because the shooting was too direct. Custom officials would not do that.

Both two cars pickup truck. And video man are just common thieves.  If our police know there job,  they would have use this video to caught the offenders.
