Three goals in the final eleven minutes gave wigan arguably the most stunning victory in their premier league history and slammed the door shut on arsenal's faint title hopes. Arsenal seemed to be heading to victory after goals from Theo Walcott and Michel Silvestre gave arsenal a 2-0 lead and within three point of chelsea. But things changed when ben watson pulled a goal back then a mistake by lukasz fabianski gifted titus bramble the equaliser. Then in the first of the 4minutes of stoppage time charles n'zogbia curled the winner that sent the DW stadium into raptures leaving arsenal wit no clue to wat just happened to them. This victory leaves wigan seven points from safety and for arsenal, they will have to try again next season if they want to win a piece of silverware
