How do singing and dancing became prayers to God?

@poster,i dont understand it too, i thought when they r in church they should be very calm,not dancing,is that what the bible said?i hav never heard or read that jesus and marry danced when they were praying 2 god.or is it in d bible?...pls xtians expain 2 me,i wana know sincerely,tnx.

first thing i will like u to know is that jesus was not a man, but GOD himself,  it may not be the  law of the spirit for God to dance for God, but if we human being can sing praises and dance for ordinary king or, some times world leaders, is there anyting bad if we the christian sing and dance for God our creator the king of all kings and the lord of all lords....

yea, i know that,but i thought u guys are in the same religion and u should worship god the same way.about catholics,i hav a friend u who told me dat catholics dont dance and they dont do dat healing as well.y must u worship god differently? my cathlic friends told me dat its not allowed in christianity to dance in church.since u said ''jesus is god'',what about his deciples like paul,peter,john etc,did they dance? and i cant find it anywhere in the bible that its allowed to dance,i thought u guys worship according 2 d teaching of d bible.so tell me,which one should i believe,is it d catholics who dot dance or is it the others who dance?

i told u people befor that christianity, have diferent branch and diferent ways of worship, that doese not really mean anyting what is important is our believe what christ came to do for us on the cross of calvary, and secondly we christian are no longer under any law or commandment, since christ came to die for our sin, once we recieve christ as our lord and personal saveour the HOLY SPIRITE will come into our soul, and teach us how to do the right thing, the HOLY SPIRIT is our teacher he is the one that conduct a church and, it work in many ways, that why we have difrent ways of felloship,  dancing in the church is not a sin, u can go to the book of corinthians apostle paul dance and sing praise, bible recorded that king david was a  man after God own heart, becouse king david was a man of praises and worship, he was a grate singer and dancer in the time of worship, and there are so many of it in bible, when u are not a born again, u can never understand the bible not until u pray and ask the HOLY SPIRITE to open ur spiritual eye so that u can understand, and christianity is not a religion as u people think, but it can be well disscribe as a relationship between a man and God, once u have the holy spirite in u, you dont need pastor to parform miracle if u have faith u can command tree to move and it will obey u asfar as u have good relationship with JESUS.....

ok this answer may be complicative to u as an unbeliever but i pray God open ur spiritual understanding, in christianity there is what we call trinity wich mean three in one, and we say it this way the name of the father the son and holy spirit these are combination of GOD IN ONE GOD, JESUS was the son of GOD so he is also  GOD, JESUS was there duering the time of creation that why in the book of genesis after GOD have created everying in the world he said let us made man in our own himmage, this shows that he was not there alone but with the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT, JESUS was not created, he was with is father b4 creation and he is the only bigorting son of GOD.....

you see i always ask my self and others, how could a father allow holigans to kill his ONLY SON while he has all powers to do and undo. What do you see?

yes God did becouse he love us and  that is only way he can trap  devil down but devil never knew that, by useing people to kill JESUS will make him loose is power over men, i wich devil knew he not  have use men to kill JESUS, and JESUS also know that  men was only being used by the devil, that why when JESUS was still on the cross dieing he was still saying to is father, saying father forgive them for they know not what they do, and after 3 days he rose from the grave and that was how men was free from the bondage of sin that devil place upon men, u see God is love US and he laid down is life for us and he also take it back again as he ressorated from the grave and that why  GOD is father lift is name higher above every order name and make him the king over heaven and earth, no order name giveing among men for men to make heaven eccept the name of JESUS christ the son of GOD.....

yes, JESUS dont want to defend is self, becouse he know is mission was to die as a sacrifice to deliver man from the power of HELL and restur men back to their source their creator is father, and by him dieing and reson again is the only way vitory over the devil will be acomplish, not that he cannot command  angels to come down from heaven to  fight, he discided to live according to the instruction and the prophecy about is comming, and we christian thank God he did becouse how i wich he did not take our  burden upon isself at the cross there would have be no hope for any man to make heaven, but thank God he did and that is what we are celibrating every easter.....
